Dionisio “Dio” Montes brings over two decades of entrepreneurial, real estate, and operational expertise to G2R Lending, blending professional excellence with a service-driven heart.
Born in Würzburg, Germany to two American soldiers, Dio was raised in Perth Amboy, New Jersey by his grandmother and uncle while his parents continued their military service. From an early age, he was instilled with values of faith, family, service, and discipline—principles that still guide his work today.
Dio began his professional journey with Nordstrom, where he excelled in leadership and sales roles for over a decade. His standout achievement came in 2011, when he was recognized nationally as the #1 Shopkeeper in the Men’s Shoes division, driving double-digit growth while building award-winning teams. After transitioning to the automotive industry in Texas, he quickly became a top producer in pre-owned vehicle sales.
Yet his true passion was always in real estate. Even while building his corporate career, he diligently worked during his off time with investors—identifying high-return deals across South Florida, especially during the challenging post-2008 landscape. He earned his Florida real estate license and, in 2016, went full-time into helping first-time homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate investors alike.
Dio co-founded Buyer Next Door with his brother Daniel Goldman and Jerry Rodriguez, a real estate investment firm focused on high-yield residential opportunities. He has helped raise capital for numerous single-family real estate projects in Florida, Ohio, Texas, and Alabama, delivering 10–12%+ ROI to partners and investors.
In 2015, Dio also co-founded Certified Virtual Solutions, a consulting and automation firm dedicated to helping businesses and agencies streamline operations and boost revenue. As Operations Director, he led the development and implementation of growth frameworks that align six critical areas: vision, people, data, problem-solving, systems, and execution. His work helped client organizations, especially in real estate, insurance, and other service based verticals, achieve clarity, accountability, and accelerated results through AI automation and tailored workflows. He designed and launched fully automated sales, CRM, and fulfillment systems, significantly improving operational efficiency and productivity for growing teams.
Today, as Director of Business Development at G2R Lending, Dio applies his diverse background to guide clients through complex mortgage and investment solutions with clarity, honesty, and care. His focus remains on helping families build wealth through real estate and creative financing—especially when others say no.
