Gerardo built strong leadership skills during his ten years as a store manager, where he gained extensive experience in organization, customer service, and team management. These years instilled in him a deep commitment to responsibility, reliability, and treating every individual with respect — values that continue to define his professional approach.
After relocating to Florida, Gerardo launched his own handyman business, serving clients for more than 22 years. His ability to listen, understand needs, and provide practical solutions has earned him a reputation as a trusted partner. Whether solving complex problems, managing projects, or improving homes, he consistently delivers with skill, efficiency, and integrity.
Today, with decades of experience across customer service, leadership, and hands-on client work, Gerardo excels in building lasting relationships. As a Director of Client Relations, he combines his technical knowledge with his people-first mindset to ensure clients feel supported, valued, and confident in every interaction.
